Let's suppose you are feeling very stressed after a hard day's work. You could just rest in bed and watch a movie in case you want to relax yourself. Or you could just use My Desktop Therapist, a software designed to relax and calm your mind and body and at the same time, to give you confidence. All this is done by using subliminal text, images and sound, inducing a state of relaxation.

The software is compatible with almost all the versions of the Windows operating system family, including XP and Windows 7. It doesn't take long to install and has a straightforward installation process that can be finalized by any kind of user, no matter how inexperienced he is.

When run for the first time, My Desktop Therapist will require entering your name and email address, so that it can send you a free activation code. This code must be used to register the software and allow it to work. After completing this step, the user will be presented with a graphical interface that allows one to select one of the sessions available. In the free version, there is only one session available. Selecting it and clicking on the Play button will start displaying a couple of subliminal messages and a background sound.

One can thoroughly edit the session included in My Desktop Therapist. As such, he can modify the text displayed, played sounds and so on. On the other hand, users can create their own sessions using their own images, text, sound and video files.

The Options section of My Desktop Therapist allows thoroughly modifying the program's functionality and also its look and feel.

Pros

It allows relaxing your mind and body by playing different subliminal messages. Besides that, the software features several sessions that include various images, sound files, videos and text. Furthermore, each session can be modified and one can even create new ones by using his own text, sound, video or image files.

Cons

The free version requires registering for an activation code and includes only one session. My Desktop Therapist is a unique software for relaxing your mind and body by playing different subliminal messages.
